We take great care to ensure the true accuracy of all product colors and styles displayed on our website. However, sometimes we receive incorrect images, descriptions and/or samples which may differ from the final product delivered to us. We will refund any order if the product does not match our website.

A return authorization is required. You can request this online and ask a salesperson for assistance. Once you have a return authorization, you can print the return shipping label and mail it back.
If an item is not currently in stock, we will display it as out of stock.
Even if the website shows that the item is in stock when the order is placed, we may be out of stock when processing the item. We will send you an email to let you know that we cancelled the item or order. We will try to restock the item as soon as possible. Please always check the item listing to see if it is in stock.
Choose the shipping option that works best for you. Keep in mind that your order may arrive in multiple packages. No additional charges will apply.
Once we start packing your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details, and a link to track your package online.
You can also track your order under "Orders" when you're logged into "My Account."
